Large room. Our room was a 1st-floor handicap room with a large bathroom, a separate large bedroom with a queen bed, TV, blackout blinds, and large main room sitting room with pullout couch, large TV, table and chairs with kitchenette (large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sink with disposal, microwave, and plates and utensils for cooking.

The room was big and comfortable. The bed was cozy. The bathroom was clean and spacious.

The wonderful front desk staff our first night was so amazingly awesome. She was so accommodating and welcoming. I really appreciate her welcoming personality and comfort as we were there to drop our first born off to Jax State.

The Guest services manager was Fabulous!! I cannot remember her name. She was younger with wavy brown hair.
